delivery items will be shipped United Postal
Service for a standard fee of $10. We
do not ship to PO boxes. For delivery
outside the United States, the following
charges will be added to the US standard
rate: Canada - an additional $15 per
order; Mexico - an additional $35 per order;
Outside North America - an additional $50
